You can but I’m not … You can but I’m not a fan of fat burners as most don’t work and they contain so much garbage you don’t know what you’re getting. The only fat burner I advocate (and I’m still not convinced its a fat burner despite what people say) is green tea. I use green tea extract daily but my primary goal for taking it is for the general health benefits not for fat burning purposes. If it burns fat too, that’s great, but I take it for my health primarily.

I think thats where … I think thats where people get it wrong. Some people seem to think that you just pop a hoodia pill each day and no more effort is required and the weight drops off. No such pill exists, but I do want to get some hoodia though. Im not a comfort eater and I dont eat when Im bored so I guess it will work for me. Im also gonna combine it with vibration training and daily use on my treadmill. Hopefully I’ll see results. Nice video by the way
