    Yea I would have to say that I dont agree with this guy at all… Just working on one specific muscle group will not target a fat loss in just that area… Fat is lost through the whole body, even under the muscles… Whenever you do any exercise you are burning fat around your body; however, the amount of fat being burned depends on your energy output… think of your body as an ice cube ; when you start to heat up your body (working out) you being to melt ( the fat)…

    It helps is a person monitors how much water they drink, its vital for fat loss.

    @shussey100 You might care and that’s good, but you probably are in the 5% that do. I just get sick of people asking me for workout tips that could care less about following through. Everyone wants to do low impact stuff, which is for old people or someone coming from injury. If you don’t feel some kind of pain or soreness the next day, you went to the gym for nothing. it’s not supposed to be easy! if most cared about their looks Burger King would be out of business. Think about it?

    I’m not being negative. Those are just pure facts that you can’t stand or dispute. I’ve been in the gym almost all my life, and people wine and complain, but refuse to put in hard work that it takes to get real results. My sister is a good example. She is diabetic cause she ate too much and never worked out, and now is talking about getting a risky gastric bypass. My point is she is too lazy to workout even with a life or death disease. People that smoke don’t care how they look either.
