There is absolutly no reason why anyone should even consider products like Hydroxycut, Xenedrine or my favorite Thermo Dynamx unless they are already on a good diet are working out and have already whooped themselves into pretty good shape. No. There is no substitute for discipline and hard work. They are a temporary solution and also unhealthy. In most cases they are not regulated by the FDA. Remember a few years ago when people were taking weight loss products that contained ephedra? Do you know how many people died from ephedra? Do you know that it is now illegal in over the counter products? A healthy diet, discipline and hard work are all you need. You can do it, I have faith in you!!!
