    Its easy- do not eat processed foods. Fake meats, chips, and processed snacks might be vegetarian, but they will slow you down.Snack on raw nuts ( they are high in fat, but good fat that your body needs). Eat LOTS of legumes- fresh or soaked and cooked NOT canned. Eat lots of Avocado (Again high in fat, but the good kind….Also avos will speed up your metabolism). Eat lots and lots of fresh fruit and veggies and GREENS. If possible shop at local farmers markets so that you get the most nutritionally dense produce and save a grip of cash. Stay away from refined sugar, breads, and eggs and dairy. Shoot for only a few servings of dairy and eggs a week. Choose organic yogurt NOT yoplait or danon- those brands are crap. Also if your trying to loose weight try Braggs apple cider vinegar:

    That place has it the cheapest online. Anyway ACV really revs up your metabolism… mix it with h2o and honey and drink it a couple times a day. I love it- I can totally feel it.

    Eat less, move more. Eat four to six meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest. Eat the majority of your calories earlier in the day. Keep your calories at or above 1400 a day to prevent your body from going into starvation mode. Stay away from sodas and junk foods.

    Last statement first. We all have time for exercise, what we lack is the will power.
    Secondly there are huge amounts of info on Vegan diets Just type that into a search engine,
    I did and there was over 1 million hits, more info than you need.
    You only need to lose a few pounds so pick a slow loss diet.
    Your weight range should be between 130- 161 lbs.So 145 would be mid- range

    You can more or less eat what you want being vegan and it’s all good as long as you don’t eat processed foods and sugary foods. Diet drinks and low fat foods are also more bad than good.
    I recommend you buy and read the book Skinny Bi t ch by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin, it’s such a good book for anyone who wants to lose weight and get healthy all at the same time, I know at least 20 people who have read it and lost weight and turned their lives around, it tells you all about how animal foods do more harm than good to your body. It’s definitely an awesome investment.

    ok really simple quick way to lose weight in a HEALTHY way is to do a raw food diet focusing on greens vegetables (think salads with green leaf lettuces, cucumbers, mushrooms, tomatoes and bragg-a no calorie sauce) and watery fruits like plums, oranges, berries. When my mom first went raw foodist vegan she lost 20 lbs the first 2 weeks. I got too skinny eating that way. And no pills, or gym time required. Don’t throw up or smoke. You’ll kick yourself in the rear later for it and it won’t cause lasting weight loss. My friend was bulimic and ended up gaining weight because you can’t get rid of all the calories in a purge.
