eat mostly in the morning so you burn it off later in the day
if you’re hungry later on, drink water, eat fruit or vegetables
and if at any point you feel like giving up, just force that something inside you shut up and keep doing it

Eat your favorite … Eat your favorite fruit (if you have one), go on a water diet, I went on one for a few weeks and it drops off, just drink about three bottles a day, watch your calories. What I do is estimate how many calories will be in my snack and try to keep it below 125 calories.
