    I’ve never heard of any fat burning product that worked…if it were that easy, there wouldn’t be so many fat people…if you aren’t losing weight then you need to lower your calorie intake, increase your activity level, or both…fat is lost when you consume fewer calories a day than you burn…I don’t think a ‘fat burning shake’ is going to give you the desired results, but you will put money in their pocket…

    no its not alright because you dont have enough carbs in it so if your an athlete you’ll prob get really tired easily and faint eventually because your so young and your body has to deal with so many changes alone it needs all the nutrients it can get. also your only 15, you do realise you’ll lose weight (puppy dog weight) in like a year anyway. what id recommend you to eat is 5small meals a day instead of 3 big meals and eat mostly fruit and veg and with 2 or 3 of your meals have of veg and a hand size portion of protein(meat) or one egg a day and just stay active and if your having a fizzy drink make it a diet one. like diet coke or pepsi maxx :) also drink at least a litre of water a day and avoid greasy or fatty food and sweets :)

    Hi,
    I am going to give you my honest professional opinion, don’t waste your money!!!
    Even though you play basket ball, what has happened is your body has got used to the level of activity that you do, so will not burn any more body weight.
    So what to do? Do take a look at your eating plan again, then you need to "rev up" your exercise programme too. with more intensive workouts. try some interval training, incorporate more weights, if not doing so already do some plyometric training, it will help with basketball too.
    But please, don’t contemplate the shakes, they really are no good!!
    I can give more advice and tips if needed, just get back to me.
