@ahamed88 – Try … @ahamed88 – Try jogging or fast walking for 40 minutes first thing in the morning on an empty stomouch. and a workout in the evening 3 – 4 times a week. Eat 5 – 6 SMALL meals a day with low carb and fat intake. Drink 2 litres of water a day. Exercise and diet are the key to fat loss, you cant have one without the other. Good luck my friend.

@andrewyouna no … @andrewyouna no this workout WILL scorch fat even if you can do it only for 15 minutes, the mistake most people make is trying to burn fat by just doing 45 minutes to and hour of cardio to burn more fat. However this type of routine will make your metabolism sky rocket meaning you will burn calories at a higher rate all day and possibly longer. The key to fat loss is metabolism increase not so much the calories burned during an exercise. Dont believe me try his routine and find out.

Before you try to discredit Brandon, how about showing us what your body looks like. If you’re more ripped than Brandon, then I won’t say anything. But if you’re not, then you have no room to talk.
