you will need more … you will need more than 3 days with a good routine of water flushing and you could even go to wal mart and buy cleansing, and then see , and you are not suppossed to take these with prescription meds i try to mention in every video!! or you could coincidently have something else wrong, or EVEN maybe allergic, or somthing like that? ive never heard of it, headaches yes but the other … no. sorry,,,,,god luck

I’m taking this … I’m taking this product too..and boy…wow..It really supresses my appetitie. I have to set my timer to make sure that I am eating healthy small meals every 2 hours because it’s not goood NOT to eat. I’ve been on prescription diet pills before, and these work way better. I would recommend them to anyone.
