Man I had the same problem that I wasn’t seeing results, but the reality is that you usually see results on 3 months when you nearly start lifting weights. After that you begin to see results quicker. But if you only worked out a month it’s poissible to feel better and stronger but you won’t notice much.

seriously, these exersizes buil the ouy of your legs/core. almost all pro atheletes do these for a reason. they burn it, and explode your performance off the starting line

Darin, I totally … Darin, I totally agree with you on this, Plyo is one of the best fat burns especially if you can mix it into your daily workout routine. For your basketball athletes hard game speed shooting drills for 5 mins with small breaks in between will also work!
I have lost close to 20 lbs over the past 9 weeks and I credit a lot of it to these type of Plyo exercises. (and diet)
Oh yeah, nice kicks, those caught my eye right away
