    There are some weight loss pills that won’t hurt you if you take them. There aren’t, however, any weight loss pills that will help you *lose weight* if you take them. They are all scams, across the board. Some of them are dangerous. I highly encourage you not to bother with any of them.

    I really wish there were magic pills that could keep me skinny, maybe someday :P For now exercise and a healthy diet are your best option.

    THERE IS NO MAGIC PILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    If you want to lose fat around your belly, get off the couch and work out!
    Quit scarfing down soda and junk.
    Quit feeding your face with fast food.
    Just get off the couch.
    You cannot take a pill and expect it to do all the work for you.

    Unless you are on chemo! That’ll do the trick!

    Weight loss medication is usually safe if you buy it from a trusted place (chemist etc) however they work by stopping fat being absorbed in the stomach..which means that fat has to be excreted which usually leads to bowel movements that are unexpected and sudden which can obviously be very embarrassing (especially in public) i know someone who this happened to and it wasnt a good situation which is why i would never want to use them, so even if they are safe it just depends if your willing to deal with the issues that come with them!

    Taking pills is risky and could hurt you. Stick to exericse and healthy eating. Whole foods such as fruit, vegetables (especially leafy greens), whole grains (oatmeal, brown rice) and legumes (beans, peas, lentils) and if you drink milk use soy, almond or rice milk. When you eat nutrient dense whole foods your body is nourished and satisfied, stopping constant food cravings.

    To get rid of belly fat, avoid saturated fat (animal products) and refined carbohydrates (white flour products, sugar) as these are empty calories.

    Pilates or yogalates is the best way to strengthen your core. Walk fast at least 30 minutes every day.
