45 to 50 POUNDS??!!?? how much do you weigh NOW??? I’m no expert, but I don’t think it can be done safely in two months. That’s a big chunk of weight. Unless you want to fast every other day, work out EVERY day, cut your food intake in half and start jogging… that might help. Actually some sort of aerobic exercise probaby helps the most. But see a doctor first. Trying to lose that much weight in a short amount of time can be dangerous. References :

Well you should go for a walk or a run every day and if you fell like u can run more miles the bump it by 2 miles. It is so possible one thing u need to do is tell yourself "i CAN do this" References :

that will tell you how many calories your body burned that day.
you should be aiming for burning 500 calories each day.
also drink a lot of water.
you might not lose as much as you want, but if you stick to it, it will keep working.
