I know eating healthy and exercising is key, but i’m looking for an extra boost. Please no stupid answers or dumb remarks. Anyone have any good experience with weight loss pills? Or supplements?
You have to be very careful at what diet and exercises are you doing. A "boost" can be like keeping a journal and note in it how much you’re loosing every week. I’m looking to loose some major weight, and I’ve always heard the + and – about weight loss supplements. Now, however, I’m at the point where I’ve decided the pros outweigh the cons and I’m ready to give it a try. So back to my original question, what are the best or most effective weight loss pills?

I want to lose weight, and I go to the gym at least three times a week, but my appetite is so huge I find myself always hungry. I’m not making the progress I want because I’m always munching away.
