iam 16 and about 5′8 maybe a lil over,, and i weight about 164 lbs. i am always sad because fmy weight and i tried herbal magic using my part time job money..and was scammed. i was 183 previous to that, but it was about 100 just forthe journal, not to mention the pills (50$ a wek for blue and 25$ a month for white ones), on top of the signp charge. i am DESPRATE HERE. if i cant think of anything to help i WILL resort to smoking and throwing up food. please dont tell me howbad that is,, i know it is but i DO NOT CARE. i heard that a co-workers hsband went on a vegan diet and lost 100lbs last year,, and i am interested in this, but i have NO IDEA how to start. my parents wouldnt have a clue either im sure. im just so desprate to get rid of my belly and thigh fat!!! (p.s. dont tell meabout going to a gym etc i go to school then straight to work,, i have NO time for excercise)

Eat less, move more. Eat four to six meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest. Eat the majority of your calories earlier in the day. Keep your calories at or above 1400 a day to prevent your body from going into starvation mode. Stay away from sodas and junk foods.
